WHO IS RMP Riverside Motorsports Park Executive Management John Condren Chief Executive Officer From his background as an entrepreneur and businessman with a 30-year history in amateur and professional auto racing, John developed the vision and business planning that launched the Riverside Motorsports Park development project in 2001. Under his leadership, the 1200-acre, multi-venue motorsports and family recreation park development was approved by the Merced County Board of Supervisors in December 2006. As CEO, John is driving the strategic direction of Riverside Motorsports Park through the next phases of development and construction. He also is CEO of Altamont Motorsports Park, LLC (Tracy, California), which the company established as a subsidiary in 2006. Mark Melville Vice President, Operations With extensive experience in public service in law enforcement and as a City Manager, Mark Melville is Company's liaison with County and local governments. Under his leadership, the extensive, 10,000-page Environmental Impact Report for the Riverside Motorsports Park development project was completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA law) in 2006, and certified by the County of Merced in December 2006. Mark continues to manage key next steps in the development process, including the preparation of the Development Plan and Development Agreement with Merced County. Jeanne Harper Vice President, Communications With extensive experience in marketing and communications, public relations and investor relations for public and private corporations, Jeanne manages press, online and direct communications for Riverside Motorsports Park.
